New fair in 2013
British organiser Mack Brooks Exhibitions, St. Albans, is launching CCE International, Corrugated & Carton Exhibition. Taking place from March 19 to 21, 2013 at Munich trade fair centre, the show will cover the sectors raw materials, corrugated machinery and systems, converting equipment, materials handling, waste extracting and baling. It is scheduled to take place every two years.
Kap Europa
The name of the future convention centre that Messe Frankfurt will operate was unveiled on April 12, 2012. Kap Europa, as it will be called, will be erected in the immediate vicinity of the trade fair. The new destination will be constructed simultaneously with the neighbouring shopping centre by the end of 2013 / beginning of 2014. As a complement to the already existing Congress Center, the new building on four levels will offer a hall for 1,000 people, a divisible hall for 600 people and a further 12 conference rooms.
