New fair in India
Messe Frankfurt is launching a new fair in India which will be the 12th event worldwide under the Automechanika brand name. ACMA Automechanika New Delhi will run from February 7 to 10, 2013, at the Pragati Maidan venue.

New fashion fair in Morocco

Building for the future
UBM Asia and the Indonesian organiser Debindo have announced the Concrete Show South East Asia. The trade fair for industry and suppliers involved in concrete construction and the cement industry is to premiere from October 24 to 26, 2013 at the Jakarta International Expo. According to the organisers, the launch of this new fair reflects the growing development of infrastructure in the entire region and the boom is expected to continue. Goldmann Sachs forecasts that by 2050, Indonesia will be the world’s seventh largest economy. ank

Car parking during a fair
Viparis is extending its exhibitor service to incorporate the electronic parking ticket. On Epex, the e-commerce page of the Parisian trade fair organiser established in 2011, e-parking services can be ordered for the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles site. This is how it is done: Exhibitors order and pay online for their parking spaces and then print out or download pdfs onto a smartphone with valid barcodes. These are exchanged for a magnetic stripe card at the trade fair's parking ticket office, which is valid for the duration of the fair.

Pflege + Homecare Leipzig (October 5 to 17, 2013), hitherto a trade fair and congress for hospital, residential and home care, is repositioning itself as a trade fair and congress for outpatient, inpatient and clinical care.

In 2013 Ambiente will take place from February 15 to 19 in Frankfurt. Normally it is held on the second weekend in February, but owing to the Chinese New Year Festival it moves to the third next year. ch
