In 2012 the tradeshow WEDDEX - Wedding Show served as a presentation platform for 135 exhibitors. These
tradeshow exhibitors presented their companies and services on a total of 2500 sqm at WEDDEX.
25000 visitors came to WEDDEX to inform themselves on the latest trends and innovations in the following main exhibit sectors: Ladies wear, lingerie, wedding gowns, evening footwear, beauty products, jewellers, bride's accessories, Arabian oud, perfumes, furniture and furnishings, fireworks, decoration and collectibles, banks, hotels, car rental, travel agencies, floral shops, beauty saloons, henna artistic designers, Arabian and European pastries, photography and video, folkloric groups for the animation of traditional gulf family marriages, invitation cards, tent rental.
In general the following kind of visitors are welcome at WEDDEX: The public. The frequency, at which WEDDEX is held, is annual.

New international coalition
More conferences in China
The Dutch Congrex group and CITS China International MICE have concluded an alliance to optimise their international convention marketing and project management. The aim is to set up more conferences in China that bring together international and European business with Chinese prospectives and companies.
